(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Anyone found to be in violation of § 93.05 shall be subject to the maximum fine as set forth in this code, and further shall have their skateboard or scooter seized, and subject to forfeiture upon violation, or notice of violation.
