§ 93.41 BARBED WIRE FENCES.
   No fence or barrier consisting of barbed wire, or of which barbed wire forms a part, shall be built, constructed, or used within the village along the line of or in, upon, or along any street or public place. No merchant or other person shall place or, having control thereof, shall suffer or permit to be placed for a longer period than two hours upon or near any sidewalk in the village any barbed wire, unless the barbed wire is so covered as to in no way be liable to injure the person or clothing of passengers upon such walk.
