§ 93.43 EXCAVATION, PERMIT, AND APPLICATION REQUESTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make any excavation in any street, alley, parkway, or other public place in the village without having first obtained a permit as herein required, and without complying with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Applications for such permits shall be made to the Building Inspector, and shall describe the location of the intended excavation, the size thereof, the purpose therefor, the person doing the actual excavating work and the name of the person for whom the work is being done. The application shall also contain an agreement that the application will comply with all ordinances relating to the work.
