§ 93.46 BARRICADES AND LIGHTS.
   Any person making or maintaining any excavation in any public area shall keep the same adequately guarded by barricades and lights to protect persons and property from injury. The placement and maintenance of barricades shall conform to the State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
