The Building Inspector, or his or her agent, shall inspect all excavations in the village. The contractor shall notify the Building Inspector at least 24 hours before the commencement of any excavation and shall call the Building Inspector for inspection of the backfilling operation as it progresses and inspection of the T patch before it is poured or placed.
