§ 154.005 INTERPRETATION.

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall be minimum requirements, adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity, and general welfare.

(B) Where this chapter imposes greater restrictions upon the use of buildings or other structures, or law or ordinance, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
