§ 154.237 WHEN AUTHORIZED BY SPECIAL USE.
   The following are special uses in the R-5 District when authorized:
   (A)   Any use authorized by Zoning Board of Appeals in an R-4 District; and
   (B)   Any other similar use deemed to be consistent.

§ 154.238 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   No principle structure shall exceed six stories or 75 feet in height at the required front, side, and rear yard lines, other than as provided in § 154.071. No accessory building shall exceed one story or 15 feet in height, except as provided in § 154.071.

§ 154.239 LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   The following minimum requirements shall be observed along with bufferyard requirements as described in § 154.599, and shall be served by central or municipal sewerage systems.

R-6 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
§ 154.250 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.
   The following are permitted uses in the R-6 District:
   (A)   Any permitted use in an R-5 District;
   (B)   Housing designed for the elderly; and
   (C)   Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

§ 154.251 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.
   The following are permitted accessory uses in the R-6 District:
   (A)   Any permitted accessory use in an R-5 District; and
   (B)   Other uses incidental to a permitted use.
