(A) This chapter shall divide the unincorporated area of the county into districts; regulate therein the use of land, buildings, and structures; regulate the location, erection, construction, reconstruction, and alteration of such buildings and structures; regulate the height, number of stories, and size of all buildings; and regulate the density of the population.
(B) This chapter shall also provide for change and amendment of the provisions and boundaries of districts, provide for a Zoning Board of Appeals, and provide for the administration and enforcement of the chapter, including prescription of penalties for violation of the provisions herein.
