(A) In compliance with the 1969 Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 34, § 3151, this chapter shall not deprive the owner of any existing property of its use or maintenance if such property and structures are established before the adoption of this chapter.
(B) This chapter shall not apply with respect to specification or regulation of the type or location of any poles, towers, wires, cables, conduits, vaults, laterals, or any similar distribution equipment of a public utility as defined in the 1969 Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 111-2/3, § 10.3.
