9-1-1: STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED:
   A.   Adoption Of Statutes: Except as otherwise specifically provided in this code, the statutory provision in chapters 340 to 350 and section 110.075, Wisconsin statutes, describing and defining regulations with respect to vehicles and traffic, exclusive of any provisions therein relating to penalties to be imposed and exclusive of any regulations for which the statutory penalty is a fine or term of imprisonment, are adopted and by reference made a part of this code as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any statute incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this code. Any further amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes incorporated herein are intended to be made part of this code in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of traffic on the highways, streets and alleys of the state.    B.   State Forfeiture Statutes: Any forfeiture for violation of the state statutes adopted by reference in this section shall conform to the forfeiture permitted to be imposed for violation of such statutes as set forth in the uniform deposit and misdemeanor bail schedule of the Wisconsin judicial conference, including any variations or increases for subsequent offenses, which schedule is adopted by reference.
   C.   Conflict And Separability: If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this code or any part thereof is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid or ineffective by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining portions of this code, or any part thereof. The village board of trustees hereby declares that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective. 9-1-2: SPEED LIMITS:
   A.   State Speed Limits Adopted: The provisions of sections 346.57, 346.58 and 346.59 of the Wisconsin statutes relating to the maximum and minimum speed of vehicles are hereby adopted as part of this section as if fully set forth herein, except as specified by subsection B of this section, pursuant to section 349.11(3)(c) of the Wisconsin statutes.
   B.   Speed Limits Increased: Speed limits may be increased on village streets by resolution and publication or posting of said resolution; said increases to take effect immediately upon publication or posting. (Ord. 340.001, 3-15-1982)
   C.   Speed On Certain Streets Restricted:
      1.   The speed limit on Park Street shall be fifteen (15) miles per hour at all times. (Ord., 10-19-1992)
9-1-3: THROUGH STREETS DESIGNATED:
Through streets may be designated by resolution and publication or posting of said resolution; said designation to take effect immediately upon publication or posting. (Ord. 340.001, 3-15-1982)
