9-1-8: WINTER PARKING RESTRICTED:

No person shall park any vehicle on any street or alley in the village between two thirty o'clock (2:30) A.M. to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day from November 1 to April 1, unless permission to do so is received from the police department. (Ord., 11-6-1995)
