A school bus operator in a residence or business district in the village of Reedsville may use flashing red warning lights or any other safety equipment on the bus when pupils or other authorized passengers are to be loaded or unloaded at a location where a sidewalk and curb are laid out on both sides of the road and at which there are no traffic signals, and such persons must cross the street or highway before being loaded or after being unloaded.
