§ 115.14 TERRITORY TO WHICH CHAPTER APPLICABLE.
   The provisions of this chapter and rules and regulations to which it refers shall be applicable to all territory within the corporate limits of the city and, under the authority of Neb. RS 17-1001, to all territory within one mile of the corporate limits of the city.
