§ 115.05 INSPECTION AND REGULATION.
   All trailer camps shall be under the supervision of the Board of Health which Board shall make and provide for inspection of such trailer camps at reasonable times and shall recommend to the City Council such additional rules and regulations as may be deemed advisable or necessary for the sanitation, safety, and proper maintenance of said trailer camps.
