§ 115.07 GARBAGE AND WASTE DISPOSAL.
   The operator of any tourist camp shall provide proper receptacles for garbage, cans, paper, and waste and shall be responsible for their disposal in accordance with the ordinances and rules of the city and the Water Commissioner.
