Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $100 and shall pay the costs of prosecution, and in default of the payment of such fine and costs, or either of them, shall be adjudged to stand committed to the county jail until such fine and costs are fully paid.
