For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRAILER CAMP. Any location, land, building, and equipment thereon, and any place where more than one trailer, cabin, or place of temporary human habitation are temporarily parked, placed, or located and either owned, leased, or operated for the foregoing purposes.
TRAILER HOUSE. Any moveable or temporary habitation mounted on wheels, skids, or other device, to permit movement or emplaced in such a manner to facilitate movement.
