1286.01   MINIMUM FRONTAGE FOR RESIDENTIAL LOTS.
   All residential lots within the Village shall have a minimum frontage of seventy-five feet upon the street on which the lot fronts.

1286.02   CONVERSION OF DWELLINGS.
   A residence may not be converted to accommodate an increased number of dwelling units, unless the lot area per family equals the lot area requirements for new structures in the district in which the residence is located and the floor area per dwelling unit is not reduced to less than that which is required for new construction in such district.

1286.03   TEMPORARY BUILDINGS IN CONJUNCTION WITH CONSTRUCTION WORK.
   Temporary buildings, construction trailers, equipment and materials used in conjunction with construction work may be permitted in any district only during the period that construction work is in progress, but temporary facilities shall be removed upon completion of the construction work.  Storage of such facilities or equipment beyond the completion date of the project shall require a zoning permit authorized by the Zoning Administrator.

1286.04   PARKING AND STORAGE OF UNLICENSED VEHICLES.
   Automotive vehicles or trailers of any kind or type without current license plates shall not be parked or stored on any property other than in completely enclosed buildings.

1286.05   ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTIONS.
   Open structures, such as porches, canopies, balconies, platforms, carports, covered patios and similar architectural projections, shall be considered parts of the building to which they are attached and shall not project into the required minimum front, side or rear yard.
