(1) The members of a Board or Commission shall conduct Deliberations only at meetings of the Board or Commission that are open to the public and for which notice has been published in accordance with applicable law.
(2) Exception. Members of a Board or Commission may conduct Deliberations at an executive session of the Board or Commission closed to the public only to the least extent necessary to prevent the disclosure of confidential information protected by law, and only if such executive session is conducted in accordance with all requirements of the Sunshine Act, 65 P.S. §§ 701 et seq.
