§ 9-1404. Registration Requirements. 1176
   The Department shall not register a business utilizing a weighing and measuring device unless:
   (1)   the registrant furnishes such information relative to the registration as the Department shall require; and
   (2)   the registrant pays an annual fee of twenty-five dollars ($25).
