SECTION A-906 PROPERTY LICENSE FEES 263
A-906.1 General: 264 Fees for licenses related to activity regulated by Chapter 9-3900 ("Property Licenses and Owner Accountability") shall be as set forth in this Section.
A-906.2 Rental license: 265 The annual license fee for a rental license issued under Section 9-3902 shall be fifty-five dollars ($55) for each dwelling or rooming unit with a maximum annual fee of twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) per dwelling.
   A-906.2.1 Owner unit exemption: For two-family dwellings, the fifty-five dollar ($55) license fee is waived for a dwelling unit occupied by an owner listed on the title deed to the property.
   A-906.2.2 Agency fee: The maximum annual aggregate fee paid by an agency or authority in the business of providing low cost or public housing shall be two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).
A-906.3 Vacant property license: 266 The annual license fee for a vacant lot license issued under Section 9-3904, for a vacant structure license issued under Section 9-3905, or for a vacant waterfront structure license issued under Section 9-3906, shall be one hundred sixty dollars ($160).
A-906.4 Removal of exemption: 267 The license for the proper number of units shall be obtained and the related fee paid not later than ten days following the vacating by an owner of a unit exempted by Section A-906.2.1.
A-906.5 Limited lodging operator license:  267.1 The annual license fee for a Limited Lodging Operator License issued under Section 9-3909 is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
A-906.6 Limited lodging and hotels booking agent license:   267.2 The initial license fee for a Limited Lodging and Hotels Booking Agent License issued under Section 9-3910 is seven thousand dollars ($7,000). The annual license renewal fee is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
