763.05   SANITARY REGULATIONS; REFUSE CONTAINERS.
   Any and all picnic or recreation places and buildings and structures and toilets thereon and things appurtenant thereto shall be maintained in good repair, thoroughly clean and free from any accumulation of filth, garbage, rubbish and other waste. Receptacles sufficient to contain all of the garbage, rubbish and other waste accumulated therein shall be provided as required by ordinance or regulations of the City.

763.06   INSPECTION REGULATIONS.
   Any police officer, the Director of Public Safety or the Chief of Fire shall at all times have the right to enter, inspect and examine the picnic or recreation place and for such purpose to remain there for any length of time as the officer deems necessary.

763.07   LICENSE FEE; EXPIRATION.
   A fee for a license for a picnic or recreation place as provided in this chapter shall be as set out in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule) which shall be paid to the City at the time of issuing the license. Each license granted hereunder shall expire on May 15 of each year.

763.08   LICENSE REVOCATION; DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   The license may be revoked or forfeited by the Director of Public Safety for disorderly or immoral conduct on the premises or for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, of State law or of any ordinance of the City, perpetrated or committed on the premises or by the licensee under this chapter. If any license is so revoked or forfeited, then at least six months shall elapse before another license shall be issued to the licensee.

763.09   SPONSORS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
    No person shall hold, conduct or sponsor a public picnic without first obtaining a permit therefor. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Director of Public Safety. The Director shall issue such permits upon being satisfied that the proposed public picnic will in no way be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare and upon payment to him by the applicant of a fee as set forth in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule).
763.10   APPEALS.
   Any denial, suspension, or revocation of a license or permit under this chapter may be appealed pursuant to Section 700.04 of the Business Regulation Code.

763.99   PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
