§ 119.047 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No person shall keep open, operate, or use any alley licensed pursuant to this subchapter between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

§ 119.048 GAMBLING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to gamble, bet, or permit any form of gambling or betting in any premises used for a bowling alley, pin or ball alley.

§ 119.049 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   In addition to any other penalty which may be imposed, a license issued pursuant to this subchapter may be revoked for the violation of any provision of this subchapter.

CIRCUSES
§ 119.060 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall conduct or operate a circus or hippodrome in the city without having first obtained a license as is provided in this subchapter.

§ 119.061 APPLICATION; CONTENT.
   The application for a license required by this subchapter shall be made to the City Clerk and shall specify the place in or on which the circus or hippodrome is to be conducted.

§ 119.062 LICENSE FEE.
   The fee for the circus or hippodrome license shall be $25 per day, except for those circuses or hippodromes sponsored by nonprofit organizations, for which no fee shall be required.
