§ 119.067  PARADE; PERMIT REQUIRED; BOND.
   It shall be unlawful to conduct any parade connected with a circus or hippodrome on any public street, alley, or other public way or place in the city, unless a permit therefor is first obtained from the City Council.  The permit shall specify the route to be followed, and shall be accompanied by a bond in the sum of $10,000, conditioned to indemnify the city for any loss, damage, or liability incurred or caused by the conduct of that exhibition or parade.
