§ 119.085 JUKEBOXES; PERMITS.
   It shall be unlawful to offer or maintain for public use any coin-operated device, machine, or mechanism to produce or reproduce music without having first secured a permit therefor. The annual fee for permits of this type shall be $25.

§ 119.086 USE FOR GAMBLING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to permit any device licensed pursuant to this subchapter to be used for any form of gambling or to allow any person operating a licensed device to receive money or prizes as a result of the operation of the device.
   (B)   The above prohibition shall not apply to any gambling device, device or gaming event for which a license or permit has been issued by the Illinois Gaming Board, pursuant to the Illinois Video Gaming Act (ILCS Chapter 230, Act 40, § 1 et seq.) so long as such gambling device, device or gaming event is conducted in compliance with all requirements of said Act and all the rules and regulations of the Illinois Gaming Board.

§ 119.087 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   In addition to any other penalty which may be imposed, the Mayor may revoke any license issued pursuant to this subchapter if the licensee should violate any provisions of this subchapter.

MOTION PICTURES; THEATRICALS
§ 119.100 LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to give, present, or conduct any motion picture or professional theatrical for which an admission fee is charged except performances given solely for the benefit of and under the supervision of a nonprofit, religious, educational, or charitable organization, without having first secured a license therefor.

§ 119.101 LICENSE APPLICATION; CONTENT.
   Application for a license required by this subchapter shall be made in conformance with the general provisions relating to such application, and shall state in addition to the other information required, the place of the intended performance and the seating capacity thereof.

§ 119.102 PREMISES LICENSE FEE.
   For each theater premises the annual license fee shall be $175.
