It shall be the duty of every person licensed under this subchapter to obey the provisions of this subchapter and all other ordinance and code provisions relating to circuses or hippodromes or the premises occupied. The Mayor shall have the authority to revoke any license issued pursuant to this subchapter for the violation by the licensee of any provision of this subchapter.
