§ 119.028 ALCOHOL AND GAMBLING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person licensed under this subchapter to sell or permit the sale of alcoholic liquor, or to permit gambling or the consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises.

§ 119.029 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No billiard hall, or other hall licensed under the provisions of this subchapter, shall be open for business or used between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on a weekday or between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sunday.

§ 119.030 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   In addition to any other penalty which may be imposed, a license issued pursuant to this subchapter may be revoked for the violation of any provision of this subchapter.

BOWLING ALLEYS
§ 119.045 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   No person shall operate or maintain a bowling alley open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor. Application for this license shall be made in writing and shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of alleys to be used.

§ 119.046 FEES; PAYMENT.
   The fees for any license required by this subchapter shall be $5 quarterly for the first alley and $2.50 quarterly for each additional alley. All fees shall be paid quarterly in advance.

§ 119.047 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No person shall keep open, operate, or use any alley licensed pursuant to this subchapter between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
