§ 97.037  MOTORBOAT LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate a motor boat on any city lake without having first applied for a license and having paid the fees set forth in Appendix A of this chapter.
   (B)   There shall be a maximum of 20 daily passes issued during any one 24-hour period.  The Water Safety Officer, at his or her discretion, for the purposes of safety, may limit the number of daily passes to fewer than 20 if the types of boats obtaining passes and the number of other boats on the lake create a hazard in his or her opinion.
