§ 97.039  REGISTRATION DISPLAY.
   When a permit is obtained by virtue of the provisions of this subchapter, a registration sticker shall be issued to the licensee, who shall then display the sticker on the right side of the motor.  The term right side, as used herein, means starboard side.
