§ 97.003 ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS.
   The Park Board shall elect one of its number chairperson and one as secretary. The Board shall keep a correct record of its proceedings and shall meet at such times as it may determine.

§ 97.004 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Park Board shall serve as an advisory board for the city. Duties include making recommendations to the Street Commissioner regarding the maintenance and operation of recreational areas, the purchase, lease, or sale of real estate and equipment, and special project proposals to enhance the city's parks.

§ 97.005 PARK BOARD FUNDS.
   The City Treasurer shall create appropriate accounts to maintain proper control over park funds.

CITY PARKS
§ 97.020 PARK BOARD ADMINISTRATION.
   All city parks and any lots or lands used for park purposes heretofore or hereafter devised or bequeathed to the city or purchased by the city shall be administered by and be under the control of the Street Commissioner.

§ 97.021 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   In addition to the regulations adopted by ordinance by the City Council, the Park Board shall make and enforce such other rules and regulations for the care and control of the park as the City Council may from time to time approve or ordain.

§ 97.022 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being sold, taken, or consumed in any city park.
