§ 97.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 97.022 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $500.

   (C)   Any person found to be in violation of any provision of §§ 97.035et seq. of this code shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined upon conviction of not less than $1, nor more than $500.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 97.070et seq. of this code shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $100 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (E)   Any violation of the provisions of § 97.106 of this code is also a violation of state regulations and, unless otherwise indicated, is a petty offense and punishable by a fine of not less than $1 and no more than $500.
   (F)   Any person or group violating the provisions of § 97.023 shall be subject to a penalty of no less than $25 nor more than $500.
