AIRPORT BOARD
§ 32.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF AIRPORT.
   (A)   The City of Murray and Calloway County join together for the purpose of establishing, constructing, creating, and operating an airport pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 183.
   (B)   The County Judge shall appoint three members of the Airport Board, and the mayor shall appoint three members, all to serve for terms of three years. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the County Judge or Mayor as appropriate.

§ 32.02 APPOINTMENT OF BOARD.
   (A)   The City of Murray and County of Calloway shall participate jointly in the acquisition of necessary land situated in the county and near the city and the construction, maintenance, and the operation of an airport on that land and provide for the appointment of an Airport Board composed of six members, who shall have authority to establish, construct, maintain, manage, operate, and control the airport constructed on land to be acquired as aforesaid.
   (B)   The County Judge shall appoint three members of the Airport Board, and the Mayor shall appoint three members to serve for terms of three years respectively. Vacancies shall be filled by appointed by the County Judge or Mayor as appropriate.
