§ 32.10 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   There is established a Human Rights Commission for the city. The purpose of the Commission is to implement a policy to protect all individuals within the city from discrimination in certain contexts in housing, employment and public accommodations on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age (over the age of 40 years), disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or familial status. Certain practices must be prohibited in an effort to protect an individual's personal dignity and to preserve the general welfare of the citizenry.
