Water and sewer facilities in every hotel must be connected to public lines where such lines are available. When public sewer lines are not available, the private sewage system must satisfy Chapter 45 of this Code. When public water lines are not available, only a water supply approved by the Director may be used. (Mont. Co. Editor's note-Section 5 of 1995 L.M.C., ch. 13, reads as follows: "Sec. 5. A regulation that implements a function assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services by 1995 LMC ch. 13 continues in effect but is amended to the extent necessary to provide that the regulation is administered by the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services."
Toilet and bath facilities must satisfy the plumbing code for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission as amended. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, §9-28; 2017 L.M.C., ch. 27, §1.)
All solid waste must be stored in covered metal receptacles. These receptacles must be removed from the premises and cleaned at least once a week or as often as the Director requires.
