In the event there is a conflict between the provisions of this title and the provisions of the building code, existing building code, residential code for one- and two-family dwellings, mechanical code, fuel gas code, electrical code, fire code, property maintenance code, wildland-urban interface code, energy conservation code, plumbing code, and swimming pool and spa code, the provisions of this title shall apply.
