Grading deposit shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit and will be refunded after as-built drawings are approved. The City may, at its discretion, use these funds to complete grading they are unable to get the developer or contractor to do to the City’s satisfaction. (Ord. 32-02. Passed 2-25-02.)
