The permit application must include the following:
(a) House number.
(b) Lot number and name of allotment.
(c) Furnish a scaled plot plan showing size of lot and building locations on lot.
(d) Show how roof water is to be disposed of.
(e) Furnish a basement plan showing thickness of walls, furnace location, center post and other footings, and chimney size.
(f) Furnish a complete set of floor plans.
(g) Furnish at least two elevations on plans.
(h) Furnish complete set of framing plans, showing size and spacing of joists, size of beams, etc.
(i) Indicate between which cross streets the building is to be located.
(j) Furnish heating layout and heat loss.
(k) Furnish electric layout including service placement.
(1) Require fifty dollars ($50.00) refundable deposit until list of contractors and subcontractors is furnished.
