§ 31.05 SUPERINTENDENT OF UTILITIES.
   (A)   The office of Superintendent of Utilities for the public utilities is created.
   (B)   The Superintendent of Utilities shall perform any duties as required by the Common Council, and shall work under the direction of the Committee on Public Utilities.
