§ 113.18  MINIMUM AGE OF EMPLOYEE, AGENT OR SERVANT SERVING LIQUOR.
   No person licensed hereunder shall sell, give away or deliver or permit any of his or her employees, agents or servants to sell, give away or deliver any alcoholic liquor to any person unless they are over the age of 18.
