§ 113.03  POWERS OF LOCAL COMMISSION.
   Such Local Liquor Control Commission shall have the following powers, functions and duties with respect to licenses issued by said Local Liquor Control Commission:
   (A)   To grant and revoke for cause all local licenses issued to persons for premises within the jurisdiction of said Commission;
   (B)   To enter or to authorize any law enforcing officer to enter at any time upon any premises licensed hereunder to determine whether any provisions of the law or any rules regulations adopted by the Local Commission or the State Commission have been or are being violated, and at such times to examine said premises of said licensee in connection therewith;
   (C)   To receive complaints from any citizens within its jurisdiction that any of the provisions of the law or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, have been or are being violated and to act upon such complaints in the manner provided by law;
   (D)   To receive local license fees and to pay the same forthwith to the County Treasurer; and
   (E)   To exercise all such other powers, functions and duties as may be hereafter provided by law or by ordinance or resolution duly enacted.
