(a) Computerized Sweepstakes Devices. The fee for each computerized sweepstakes device license shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) per device, per month.
(b) Computerized Sweepstakes Device Supplier. The fee for each computerized sweepstakes device supplier license shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per year.
(c) Sweepstakes Terminal Cafe. The fee for a Sweepstakes Terminal Cafe shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
1 to 20 | $2,500.00 |
21 to 40 | $5,000.00 |
41 to 60 | $7,500.00 |
61 to 80 | $10,000.00 |
81 to 100 | $12,500.00 |
100 + | $15,000.00 |
For every increase of 20, there shall be an additional $2,500.00 permit fee for every increment above 101 machines.
(d) Replacement License. The fee for a replacement license shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).
(e) Filed with Application. License fees under this chapter shall be filed with the application for license.
(f) Return of Fee. In the event an application is denied under this chapter, one-half of the license fees therefore shall be returned to the applicant. In the event any license is suspended or revoked under this chapter, no portion of the license fee shall be returned to the owner.
