777.01 CLOSING TIME.

Bars, taverns, and nightclubs are prohibited from remaining open past 2:30 a.m.

777.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 777.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on a second and/or subsequent offense.
