§ 1304.14 SUBDIVISION PLAT FEES.
   (A)   Preliminary plat fee — $300 plus $10 per lot.
   (B)   Final plat fee — $300 plus $10 per lot.
   (C)   Minor subdivision; no plat required fee — $100.
   (D)   Annexation plat — $300.
