§ 1304.07 AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY’S ZONING ORDINANCE.

   The fee for an amendment to the city’s zoning ordinance shall be as follows:

   (A)   Text amendments — $250.

   (B)   Map amendment (excluding a site plan or development plan) — $500.

   (C)   Map amendment, including submission of a site plan, development plan, or Planned Unit Development (PUD):

      (1)   Single-family residential or single-family R-PUD - $750, plus preliminary plan fees per § 1304.14;

      (2)   Multi-family residential or multi-family R-PUD - $750 plus site plan fees per § 1304.02(B) and applicable subdivision plat fees per § 1304.14;

      (3)   Nonresidential PUD - $750, plus site plan fees per § 1304.02(B) and applicable subdivision plat fees per § 1304.14.

   (D)   Annexation Petition — $500.
