A blanket bond in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) shall be purchased by the City to indemnify it against losses sustained by the City as a result of fraud or dishonesty of all of its employees, including employees of the Lakewood Municipal Court.

(a) The Clerk of the Lakewood Municipal Court shall give bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as Clerk.
(b) Each Deputy Clerk shall give bond in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as Deputy Clerk.
(c) The Bailiff shall give bond in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as Bailiff.
(d) The Deputy Bailiff shall give bond in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000), conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as Deputy Bailiff.

The premiums for the blanket bond shall be paid from the following funds:
(a) Twenty-six percent thereof from the Water Department Fund;
(b) Forty-one percent thereof from the Hospital Fund;
(c) Five percent thereof from the Parking Meter Fund;
(d) Twenty-seven percent thereof from the General Fund;
(e) One percent thereof from the Relief Fund.
The premiums for all other bonds shall be paid from the General Fund.
