No parking shall be permitted on any street or alley in which the parked vehicle would be facing in a direction opposite the flow of traffic in the traffic lane immediately adjacent to the parking space.

No person shall park a vehicle on a sidewalk, on a curb, or within the tree lawn at any time other than in case of emergency, for health or safety reasons, or in case of a requested service repair call.

(A) The City Traffic Director shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark or sign these streets, but angle parking shall not be indicated upon any federal aid or state highway within this city unless the State Highway Commission has determined by resolution or order entered in its minutes that the roadway is of sufficient width to permit angle parking without interfering with free movement of traffic.
(B) Angle parking shall not be indicated or permitted at any place where passing traffic would thereby be caused or required to drive upon the left side of the street.
(C) Upon those streets which have been signed or marked by the Traffic Director for angle parking no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by the signs or markings.

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street, other than an alley, in a manner or under conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic.

No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in the central business district at any time except for the purpose of loading or unloading. In other areas in the city, no person shall park a vehicle within an alley in a manner or under conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in a position as to block the driveway entrance of any abutting property.

(A) The City Traffic Director is hereby authorized to determine and designate, by temporary signs placed not exceeding 100 feet apart, those areas in which the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic. The Traffic Director shall report his action to the Board of Public Works and Safety.
(B) When official signs are erected at hazardous or congested places as authorized herein, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any designated place.

(A) It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle in a front yard, in a side yard, or in a rear yard, which abuts a street in a residential district, except that parking shall be permitted on a hard-surfaced driveway or an approved parking space.
(B) No motor vehicle, except a passenger automobile; a pickup, with or without camper attached; a van/truck; or a truck of less than one ton capacity whose height from ground to the highest attached component does not exceed eight feet or does not exceed more than 22 feet in length from front bumper to the rear-most point of attached component; shall be parked on a street or alley in a residential district in the same location other than: (1) in case of an emergency; (2) for health or safety reasons; (3) in case of a requested service repair call; or (4) for active loading and unloading. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the exception for active loading and unloading shall be limited to five consecutive hours within one 24-hour period, and the motor vehicle must be attended during this time so that it can be moved in the event of an emergency.

(A) All parking meters in the municipal parking lots throughout the city shall be removed immediately.
(B) All parking in the various municipal lots shall be restricted to two hours, except for municipal lots where there are not now meters located and where parking is limited to a different time limit.
