§ 72.21 PARKING TO DISPLAY, WASH, REPAIR VEHICLE.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of displaying the vehicle for sale or washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
