§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Parking in violation of the regulations set forth in this chapter is deemed a public nuisance.
   (B)   Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be penalized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 36 of the city code, as it now exists or is subsequently amended or superseded.
