9.95.010: DEFINITIONS:
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE: Shall have the same meaning as "beer" and "liquor" and "wine" as defined by title 32A, chapter 1, section 105, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, or its successor.
OPEN BOTTLE, CAN, OR OTHER RECEPTACLE: A container having within it an alcoholic beverage, which container has been opened, its seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially consumed.
PUBLIC PLACE: Public parks, public school grounds and other publicly owned property excluding streets and sidewalks. (Ord. 08-03, 3-27-2008)

9.95.030: OFFENSE; INFRACTION:
An offense under this chapter is an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred ninety nine dollars ($299.00) for a first offense with all subsequent offenses the fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 08-17, 7-17-2008)
