9.42.010: Restrictions On Burial
9.42.010: RESTRICTIONS ON BURIAL:
It shall be unlawful for any person to bury the body of a deceased person (human remains), cremains excepted, within the city limits, except in a cemetery. No cemeteries shall be established unless by permission of the city council and in compliance with state law; and no person shall be buried in any lot except in full compliance with this chapter and the law. (Ord. 2012-01, 1-19-2012)
